"What a lovely experience we had at the White Swan Inn. My husband and I found this B&B to be the perfect compliment to our weekend getaway. Our room was beautifully decorated and so comfortable. Our breakfast on both days was delicious and Cathy and Ron were the perfect host and hostess."http://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowUserReviews-g42821-d518460-r137587341-White_Swan_Inn_Bed_Breakfast-Whitehall_Muskegon_County_Michigan.html

I highly recommend this B&B!! Several family members stayed at the White Swan; ranging in age from 18 - 50s. We all felt welcome and at home. The beds and accommodations were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed the close proximity to town, bike trail, and beaches! The owners were professional and friendly.

Summer Theater Schedule Announced

The Howmet Playhouse 2012 summer schedule has something for everyone - comedy, music, improv and mystery.  The White Lake area is indeed fortunate to benefit from the professional, exciting and enthusiastic performers gracing the stage of the historic Howmet Playhouse.  Performances begin in early July and continue through August 25, Thursday - Saturday evening.

The Nerd opens the season on July 5.  Souvenir - A Fantasia on the Life of Florence Foster Jenkins follows on July 12-14.  The following weekend the Central Michigan Theater students arrive for 3 different productions - I Hate Hamlet, See Rock City, and Completely Hollywood, Abridged.  On July 26-28, the White Lake Youth Theater enthusiastically performs The Phantom Tollbooth.  Every summer theater season needs a Neil Simon production, so look for The Odd Couple on August 2-4.  Mixing it up a bit, humor and music combine for Michigan Laughs Weekend with the Leffering Sisters, Neil Jacobs and River City Improv on selective nights Aug. 9-11.  The season concludes with The 39 Steps based on the Hitchcock movie of the same name - production runs two weekends Aug. 16-18 and 23-25.  Tickets for most performances are $18 reserved seating.

Select a favorite weekend, book a Night at the Theater Package  at White Swan Inn (directly across the street from the Howmet Playhouse) and we'll get you the best seat in the house!
